⭐ Financially Sustainable On-Demand Public Transit: Continue exploring practical transportation solutions with grants, partnerships, phased pilots, and regional cooperation while keeping municipal costs as low as possible. Implementation Approach: Any pilot should be substantially grant-supported and designed to minimize property tax impacts.

I ran for city council in 2018 focusing on bus service and since then this issue is core of my priorities. Earlier i was also part of SEEC to help Transit group. 

This graphic is intended to start a community awareness, not to ask for funding today. My request is simply that the City provide in-principle support to explore grants, sponsorships, partnerships and community input before any decision is made. Existing transportation providers, Partners like Pat Porter Active Living PPALC, businesses and other stakeholders, community group like South East Equity Coalition (SECCC) should all be involved to ensure any future solution complements Steinbach's automobile city status. Any future implementation would come back to Council and the public for discussion before proceeding.
